Case Study – Supply Chain Strategy

We were given responsibility for the development of a supply chain strategy for a major oil and gas company. A challenge in itself, the strategy had to align with all tactical initiatives and be implemented within an integrated change management framework. Humanconnection efficiently achieved all deliverables, exceeding all expectations.

Case Study – Change Management

A world-ranking transport and logistics hub was about to undertaken an immediate and unprecedented expansion, resulting in changes to both scale and complexity. Humanconnection recognised the need for a complete organisation refocus, and implemented proven processes and procedures to develop and execute an Integrated Change Management Framework which drove complex integrated organisational and behaviour change in a complex environment.

Case Study - Merger

When a major WA ICT Services company merged with a large bank, Humanconnection was appointed to successfully transition 99.5% of the 186 staff into the new business environment.  Our involvement included HR due diligence throughout the merger, change management and HR transition management from one workplace environment to another. We developed communications plans to keep all staff informed, developed the new organisational structure and ensured the best fit of their talented people. We also had responsibility for obtaining a joint staff agreement and moved staff to a new EBA and conditions without incident.
